Do any of you guys have experience with this? He’s a baseball player only. He’s trying to gain weight. He eats all the time. High calorie shakes? Protein bars? Creatine?

all. creatine especially

look #1 make sure he is getting 1000 calories before 9am. every day, every day morning

#2 send him a lunch and make sure it has tons of protein and a good portion of carbs. I suggest luncheaze lunch box so that it is hot for him

#3 protein shakes between meals, eat 5 meals plus 3-4 protein shakes. I personally like the 42g fairlife. not the best in terms of absolute quality but they taste good and get you a good amount of protien and calories. 3-4 a day will get you an extra 240calories per and extra 42g protein per. that adds up quickly.

ill say this though if you want him to gain weight, use the above examples and you can cut the protein shakes down to 2-3 if you

1) he eats dozen eggs a day
2) 1.5lbs beef a day

PPSA has the eating thick protocol that is good. also wendler had good suggestions in the BBB challenge and the building the monolith

Creatine and ample protein. Drink lots of water if on creatine. I'm assuming he's lifting weights already.

I was going to comment but lsu777 took care of it.

Creatine is great. Probably the most researched supplement on the planet.
