We plugged an air fryer into a GFI and it tripped the GFI.
However, we reset GFI and air fryer works but another GFI that have the microwave intermittently works. We reset that one too.
Now all plug-in appliances work except for the dishwasher. It has no power.
Looked in basement at fuse and nothing is tripped.

I would start by unplugging the dishwasher and trying something else in the outlet, like a lamp. That way you know if the outlet is getting juice.
If it is and DW is not working, try running it off an extension cord from another outlet.
Then go from there.

So.
For 36 years the in-laws lived here.
There was a light switch beside the sink.
It turns on the dish washer.

The outlet is likely divided.
One side stays hot all the time for the DW and is not switched.
The other side if for a garbage disposal which can be turned on and off as needed.
Plug it into the other half and that should by-pass the wall switch.
