New car paint/interior protection

Just bought my wife a new 2023 Honda Passport Elite. What would you guys recommend to help protect the leather seats, dash and exteriors. I’m 71 and it’s been a long time since I’ve delved into the new protectants.
ET: oops, actually I’m 73. Lol. Been even longer since my days with the original ArmorAll and Simple Green.

Graphene Spray from Adams. You can get it on Amazon, I use it and it's very good. I can be used on any part of the car, tires, glass, paint and interior.
