Im posting this by request:

someone please go to hurricane isaac board and post this for me. phone lines are down n ppl are unable to get intouch with emergency personnel...

the number to contact to report ppl to rescue is 985-562-2200
I got this number from a dispatcher bc the other numbers listed are not working bc the lines are down.. they can call this number to report ppl that need to be rescued!! thanks a bunch -SS
