The great thing about basketball recruiting is that one kid can literally make you a Sweet 16 team.
On the other hand, one kid can keep you out. The margin of error is so small you can hardly see it.

No doubt, I just didn't want to take the time to list them all. LSU is 7th or 8th all-time in signing mcdonald's aa, and they have come from all over the u.s. I remember arguing with some millenial gonad about this a couple yrs ago on here. LSU is a DAMN STRONG brand nationally in both sports.It's no shock when we pull top bb players.

And really, all the revenue sports and one must throw in T&F (Men and Women), historically as well.
The fact we're just rarely a factor in March must be a source of frustration for our roundball fans.

Cook and not sure after that. I think Wade is fishing in the big pond to see if he gets any bites. After he sees who may be interested he will make decisions. It’s a great time to be a LSU basketball fan. Used to be you couldn’t give a basketball scholly away now Wade gets in most doors he knocks on.

At one time on 247 (before Wade suspension and FBI trial) he was CB'd 100 percent to LSU. Now the site shows little interest from him to LSU. Same goes for N'Faly Dante', Greg Brown and a couple more top recruits. That suspension really did some damage on the recruiting trail. But Will is hitting the trail even harder, getting interest from other top players.
