Exactly 100% fact. Been that way for decades. Look at any NFL roster and they have players from everywhere, not just P5 programs. I randomly chose the LV Chargers and the following schools / universities are represented, several I’ve never heard of: Western State, Findlay, Stetson, Weber State, Harvard, Sioux Falls, U Regina Canada, Delaware.
