Kevin Faulk- I remember opening up the papers and glancing at HS stats one year. The 900+ rushing yards in the first 4 games of the season stood out. Then I almost fell out of my chair after reading he was actually the QB (rare at the time). Started following him after that.

Brock Berlin - looked like a college QB in HS. Those 30-40 yard laser ropes were impressive as heck.

Warrick Dunn

Travis Minor

Randy Livingston for hoops.

Bill Cartwright playing high school basketball for Elk Grove, outside of Sacramento, was the most dominant high school athlete I've ever seen.

Vince Young. Could freeze the entire defense and run for a TD or pull up and drop a bomb on the secondary.

After UH, he bounced around for a year or 2 in the CFL. Since then, he's fallen off the face of the earth as far as I know. He was certainly a man amongst boys in high school.

I played against Brock Berlin in high school. I played with Kenneth Haulcy. He was the best pure athlete I seen in high school. I remember we were at OCS, and was down by 4 are 5 points and we turned the ball over. he intercepted the ball 3 times in a row. then told the QB to throw the ball to the endzone at the end of the game caught it at the one wish we had instant replay then cause it was that close. that was his sophmore year. his next 2 years took farmerville to the semi-finals then won state in 2001. his freshman and soph. year he was a HB/WR/FS/PR/KR and did all the kicking. his JR. and SR. year he played mostly QB.
