What Michael Irvin said Jimmy Johnson once told the team? If you came here for an education you should have went to Harvard.. You are here to play football. 
I don't know how it is now, but I think schedules don't become official until a week after classes begin and there is an enrollment deadline that I THINK allowed people to transfer into LSU in that first week, which I am sure most colleges do because. And this isn't just for athletes, but there might be people waiting for a decision to be made by whoever as to whether or not they can transfer or they are waiting to see what classes would transfer, etc so I am pretty sure there is a window that allows people to transfer after classes have started.

Classes are for college kids; these are professional athletes.
