It's possible that Pratt plays before Ford. Both are beasts.

Agree with you here. Just don't anyone forget about Ridley. He may or may not be destined to be a fb. He hits the hole faster than Scott for sure and is about as strong. Miles thinks he will be 'special'. As for redshirted Ford or Pratt for that matter, only if they need time to learn the system. Otherwise, play them and get the experience. Wear down the other guys defense. This strategy worked early in the year, then they began to use Scott too much and wore him out.

I see Pratt on special teams next year and maybe some RB as well. Of course, I could be way off.

I think he will get a rs. Scott, Williams, Murphy, and Ridley are very capable of carrying the load. The addition of Shepard and an improved passing game will back teams out of the box more.

+1

I haven't seen a whole lot of Ridley, but what I've seen looked pretty damn impressive. He's pretty quick and agile for that size.

If KW steps up and starts playing like 07, the MF prolly RS. If no one steps up in spring then MF will play. Pratt very likely to RS. I don't think it will be such a big loss for MF not to RS because we have a very good chance with lache next year. Even if we don't get lache then Pratt will RS

Where are the Lache lovers in this argument? Shouldn't he just go ahead and play since Lache is coming in next year?

Having seen Ford shred a very good Zachary defense for 299 I would rank him above KW and CS when they first hit the campus. No redshirt IMHO.

Just my input...

But no way he plays unless Scott leaves....and even in that case he really doesn't need to play.

It would be dumb to play him when you have 4 other RBs who have all carried the ball coming back. All you're doing is burning his redshirt and taking away carries from already proven backs, and I don't think he completely shows up all 4 of those guys.

How impressive have they been?
Keiland is my fav, but he looked anemic at the beginning of the year.
Scott watched the Payton films and came out like the Heiman Trophy winner, He should have took the refresher course for the second half of the season.
Murphy..Well what can you say. He looks small running. Maybe he could have be utilized somewhere else, like a passing scheme.
Bottom line: Unless the OL makes some holes, Even OJ couldnt put up killer numbers.
