Is that Counting Henry O, in or out?

What kinda car are they taking, anyway?
should just get in a limo. thats the hottest car ride ive ever heard of. Texas might not want to let that car leave the state...

Good question, I'd say we might have 10 open spots. I wish that whole deal would get resolved quickly so we can all move on.
Though I guess the 2 sides that matter, staff and Orelus, know the deal and are moving on.

I think it is a great pick up for LSU. He is a great run blocker and even tho Auburn and Alabama did not offer him at least other recruits should take notice that we are still recruiting the state of Alabama. I bet he will be the RT down the line. When it is all said and done. I mean if we have a Right Handed QB. The best OT playes the left side to portect the QB blind side.

DO we still have a shot at Nixon?

good point. Hurst was lowly rated then everyone wanted him. This staff knows what they are doing, especially when it comes to linemen. Staff=experts...Ranters=have no damn clue for the most part

does anyone think this is a signing to give us some in roads to alabama and to say to Tubby and Saban we got one form your state, seeing we get one recruit from Bama maybe we get more interested

Maybe, but neither AU or Bama offered yet, so thats kind of like saying Bama stole Robbie Green from us last year.....

According to this Bamer he benches 385 lbs.
LINK
I saw him play last year and was impressed with his foot work for his size. Although I was more impressed with him on defense more than offense. I am sure he will be coached up into an awesome Guard. It also doesn't hurt that he is very intelligent. He wants to be a vet.
Welcome to the Tigers Josh.

It's unusual for someone with his body type to be able to bench 385 lbs. at his age. He sounds like he has unlimited potential.

Least exciting committment to date for LSU Fans. If he was a Louisiana kid then I'd feel a little better about it. If we are going to sign marginal talent let's do it from within the state. Going forward, I hope the staff is a little more selective or we'll all be dissappointed in our final recruiting rankings. And don't kid yourselves flamers, you know you are hoping to finish high in the recruiting rankings. Spare me the Jacob Hester argument as well...I want to change my son's name to Jacob Hester Billiot, but we all know he is the exception.

Has me worried that in-state schools didn't even offer. They know the area better than LSU, maybe its just one of those things where he didn't attend camps to get recognized. If he attended Auburn/Bama camps and they didn't offer, then thats disturbing considering this guys size. I'm sure the coaching staff knows what they are doing but their must be some knock on this guy if he doesn't have many offers. Maybe its another situation like Baker last year?
