I'm a Bama fan and I still don't believe it. I've had bad judgement before though. It just seems too good to be true. I fully expect LC to pull a boot from under the table and commit to LSU.

If he chooses LSU tomorrow, he either:

1. Changed his mind between tonight and tomorrow
2. Lied to our coaching staff

I have 100% confidence that he informed our coaches that he was choosing Bama. We'll see tomorrow.

I, like you, though - will wait until the ink dries on NSD to celebrate. Too much could happen between now and then.

Best of luck to him if so.

Would love to have him, but we got studs and we're loading up with more. If he wants to go to bama, I'm sure he has his reasons.

Whatever happens, it wont hurt LSU anyhow. Would have been nice to have him, but nevertheless. Point remains

Sad thing is I think its been over.

Makes no sense what so ever and thats why i think the GF played a huge part in it. Va Jay Jay clouds good judgement all the time.

I am holding out hope, but it doesn't look good. I just don't understand, there is absolutely NOTHING bama can offer. I know it's his life and is going to do what's best, but to let down so many people. Why?

What you fail to realize is that he has verballled to both staffs most recently bama. Don't think his girl being in FL today after a few days apart doesn't have anything to do with the timing here.

He is truly torn. Wouldn't be surprised if he slept on it tonight and still pulled an LSU hat tomorrow.

Hes a Safety..even though hes a great one at that, hes still a Safety and LA produces them like crazy.

Having him Commit is lagniappe..if he doesn't come then oh well. His spot will be taken and filled with someone who wants to win for this team, and this state.

K. 99.2% confidence that he called and informed our coaching staff that he will be choosing Bama.

On the flip side, there are no reports stating that he let the LSU coaches know his choice would be LSU. Writing on the wall, IMO.

I'm sorry, because I have refrained from involving myself in Landon-mania.

But I will say that I never get super excited over a safety like Collins. He is great, in relation to this year's class. . .but I don't think we are missing out on too much here.

I don't think he is a gamechanger for us or Bama.

Just my 2 cents.
