Winston is a great player but he's too much of an uncertainty. Very happy we have a guy that is highly regarded and 100% football instead of a probable high draft pick in the major league draft.

I bleed purple and gold. I just hope someone explores this. She is a very convincing lady. If you have connections in the Ascension, do some research on the mom.

I hope I am wrong but I know for a fact the mom of the girlfriend is a Nick Saban fan. She has been snubbed by local administrator's in the school system in Ascension for certain positions.
Does she have the same last name as the guys from Philly famous for flying kites in lightning storms?

Trust me, I'm not saying we need him, just reporting the news. Now, if Winston was 100% for sure going to college, I would easily want him, but there is way too much uncertainty with him

Doesn't seem like the type of person that would openly recruit a kid to Alabama. I understand where the gf may be coming from, if she indeed goes to school there, but your other posts about the mom sound ridiculous and tough to believe.

Kwon is the only one I could gather from the rosters. Don't know how I feel about that one since he isn't even practicing at the UA game either. Already have one committed LBer with injury concerns.

It does sound ridiculous, but what i am telling you about the mom is true. I can't believe he is letting the gf and mother influence his decision. I despise Nick Saban and it would be a shame for him to get this kid out of our backyard.

Tiger I hope you are right. But I am speaking to people that are close to this situation. If Collins' parents are not influence by her then we have a chance. However, if they are, then it is over.

How could she possibly say enough bad things about LSU and good things about Bama/Saban to get two adults to change their impressions? I just think it would sound like bullshite coming out of her mouth knowing she wanted a job at LSU. If I were his parents, I would be insulted if she tried to sway me.

I don't know if you have kids but imagine your son was heavily recruited. Would your son's girlfriend's mom have any influence over you?
