I think the argument is that Coach O really cares about all of his kids. Even the ones who didn’t sign with LSU. While he IS trying to recruit a kid, his visit was also from the heart. The other two coaches are disingenuous as hell. Their visits are purely desperation attempts to land a prospect.

Sure I get that but it’s more of an emotional argument than a valid one. Is O more of a people person who enjoys recruiting? Yea likely so. Do the others likely resent the idea that they have to cater to kids and their families? Likely so. However it doesn’t mean that they don’t enjoy in some ways taking part in these people’s lives. We are naive if we think every former Saban player hates him. I get the argument people are making but think it’s silly to feel angry about it.

Wrong. O is doing this to sway the recruit. It is a tactic. The asshats that followed suit look like idiots.
But, lets not lose sight of the fact that O did this as a recruiting tactic. Chalk one up for O! Followers look like idiots to me if I was the recruit.
