Don't have to have a punter or kicker unless you want one, but fill the other 22 on OFF and DEF. Add depth with your last picks.
So that is a no, I can't for example pick my 5th offensive lineman with the 25th pick?

That is correct.
11 offensive and 11 defensive in the first 22 picks.
IE:
1 QB
1 RB/ 1 FB or 2 RBS (1 RB and 1 scat type)
2 WR and 1 TE or 3 WR
5 OL
Running a 3-4 or 4-3
4 DBs
Some people have run a 4-2-5, which is fine as well. I also think we have seen people run a spread, in which they would have no TE or FB and have 1 RB and 4 WRs. However, I don't think that should be done.

Why not? That's what I was gonna do.

Someone did a wishbone last year, I think - 3 RB, TE, FB, 0 WR

OUandLSU **verlanderscoughcough** did it a few years back.

You see that is why I always wanted to know how we are doing this.
I run a pro-style offense. Doing this, I have to draft a FB every year. Yeah it puts me behind the 8-ball with teams that run a spread as far as WRs go, but a pro-style cannot run without a FB. If we start getting to where teams don't even have to draft TEs then I think everyone will do that. It is hard to find a TE once you get past the first few good ones. That is what makes this thing so cool. 26 centers will be drafted. It makes you dig deep to find those guys.
If you were to run the spread and draft 1 RB, 3 WRs, and 1 TE, then I would say that would be fine.
Just my opinion on trying to keep some sort of order when drafting teams.

That is fine with me. Yes he was stocking up on RBs, but a wishbone cannot run without a TE or a FB. Yes a spread could run without a TE, but that just makes it too easy to draft. Easy way out IMO.

Ok, I'll draft a TE just for you.
eta: If he gets processed from OBUDan U, I'll blame you.

Picking my TE last year was fun for me. I ended up getting two, actually.

You can do what you want, as long as you can run an offense. I'm just telling you how I feel about this draft.

Oh I'm set on taking a TE and blaming you, now.

Last year I picked an OLB/TE Colt Lyerla. He played a lot this year and caught 7 passes but 5 were for TD's!
WIth Paulson gone, he should be the number 1 guy this year.

I'll take any and all criticism from y'all.
Now we can compare our TEs from this year...........
FOR-EV-VER!

There is only one RB I am even thinking about now. But I am VERY high on him.

Team Dro selects DT Quay Evans, Moo State
Ht: 6-2 Wt: 318
Evans is lightning fast off the ball. He's too quick to pull a guard away from him, because he'll break up the play in the backfield. Outstanding body lean and change of direction. He is constantly in the backfield and ball carriers have a hard time sidestepping him because of his abiltiy to drop his shoulders and turn. He plays with outstanding strength and leverage. Does a good job of keeping blockers off of his legs.
