We may be following UF and USC lead on putting him on the back burner. If I had to guess, I would say the staff felt he may try and commit at the game and we are not ready for that especially with Marsh in the stands.
Could be a good sign that LSU feels really good about their chances with Marsh and maybe thinking of targeting Byran Jones as a backup plan down the road.

I honestly don't know if I care that we get Ash or not.
I'd rather put the full court press on Marsh.
I don't want a guy on scholarship just to fill the slot and because we need DTs. That doesn't benefit us in my opinion. I say, shoot for Marsh or maybe a surprise. Then turn the heat WAY up and get the Freak and Hunter next year.

i talked to Tharold Simon tonight. he will be on the sidelines and in the stands for the game Saturday night.
