Of course it will hurt.
Maybe they can talk some recruits into pushing their dates back but it sounds like baker and Kyle Williams are gone. I wouldn't be surprised if olsen and peoples go with baker.

At this point, it's ok as long as they don't sign with anyone else. If the recruits delay signing, it just gives Lane time to find the right guy.

Most likely. Even if we get a good DC, it takes times to implement the scheme.
