a&m has "home of the 12th" man on the stadium. no other school that i know of has that.
other schools might mention it, but it's definitely not a part of the culture to anywhere near the degree as a&m. that's why the entire student section stands for the entire game.

seriously I don't understand this. it worries me that every year (since my frosh. year) it gets slightly louder when the offense is on the field. especially when the noise is coming from the student section.

IMO- more attention needs to be paid to making noise when the offensive unit is in the huddle...not after they break the huddle and heads to the LOS

Someone was right, this should be posted in the Advocate and handed out before the games.
At the UW game I had the worst headaches of my life by halftime from yelling... it lasted until Monday, along with my throat killing me, and I never get headaches... Well worth it.
