i think lsu should have been a5 or 6 seed.but i can live with where were at. but what gets me is three sec teams??? a 8 9 &13 seed. the big 10 gets 7 in.the pac 10 gets 6 teams in.the sec should have atleast5 teams in. and mike slive should be fired.

Interesting occurrence may happen if we beat Butler and play UNC. The Duke fans will also be in Greensboro for their sub-regional, if we play UNC, we'll have an added fan base of Dukies hoping for LSU to pull the upset. If LSU keeps it close the entire crowd sans the UNC fans will be rooting for the upset.

Where we get hosed is with N. Carolina playing basically at home. But like I say the SEC as a whole gets hosed bad. I think we can beat Butler, Miss. ST. can beat Washington, and Tennessee can beat Olkie ST. because even in an off year our conference is still stronger than 8 and 9 seeds for the best teams. However we will all have to be serious.

Lithium we screwed ourselves. We finished on a bad note and our OOC RPI was horrible. I knew we would be a 7 or 8. Lets stop bitching about it and go beat Butler. GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tiger it had nothing to do with Mike Silve. LSU earned the 8 seed. We werent 1/3 in the last 2 weeks. Not to mention out of the three loses only 1 is in the NCAA. LSU totally earned this seed. Now lets go pull for our Tigers and stop whinning like a 2 year old.

coach dumbass UK and UT didnt finish 1/3 either. Not to mention 1 of the 3 going to hte NCAA. LSU totally deserved this.

for the smart folks saying quit crying LSU got what they deserve in a 8 seed, everyone knows if that is the Vols or Kentucky who would have won the sec regular season title, they would be a 4 or 5. Wow, well when you tank out at the end of the season, this is what you get. I was already losing interest in this team after the way they finished, now I have lost all interest. No sense hoping for them to gut out a win against Butler if all they have to look forward to is being crushed by UNC. Anyone who thinks they have any chance of more than that is drinking kool-aid.
