I would think most people dont want it to be the NFL game but they do expect a fair exchange for the huge ticket prices. I dont expect broken windows all over the place and trash. Thats for sure.

Maybe you should step aside and let someone else pay the price because from I can surmise, there are willing buyers at the price they charge and TS "as is".

You could not replicate the sound of the stadium no matter how hard you tried, just impossible frankly because of the way it was enclosed in the past etc...

I like the looks of Papa John's stadium in Louisville. I would raze what we have and build a new one on the same sight. Model it after Papa John's.

In the late 70's, there was an evaluation of T.S. that concluded it would only last about 20 more years before it would have to be replaced. There were cracks in the structure, etc..
