And if he was unconscious at the scene why wasn't his arse transported to the hospital? Irresponsible of the cops to let him leave the scene with "friends" if he'd truly lost consciousness.

I mean really, you think the police, hospital, alleged victim, etc...are all in on some "conspiracy"?
You people have jumped the shark.
that's where you're wrong.. the only person who has to be "in on it" is the alleged "victim". Who has very valid motives to do such a thing. Self-defense doesn't look nearly as bad as a fight. + he's got green in his eyes looking at LSU, just look at his lawyer.. a corporate (I forget the full title, but it involves suing corporations for money)

Dammit. No where in this article did it say JLee to start. The search continues.......

probably because if he was awake he could refuse treatment and an Ambulance ride from Shady's to a local hospital probably going to be a little over a grand

that all went to the Hospital.

Lying to doctors is one thing. Faking x-rays and MRI's is absurd.

LSU can't even be sued. You're a moron.

Yes, they are going to go after the BAR. dear god people.

Welcome to what they call tigerrant. Most folks here troll with blinders on, refusing to accept reality, wishing for everything to get blown under some rug. Broken Vertebrea is serious friggin business, lucky the guy did not get paralyzed or something.

It's time for BRPD to either shite or get off the pot. If you have 2 parties giving 2 different stories with no 3rd party witness, it's time to pull the plug on the investigation. Let the other pieces of shite that got injured take the football players to court to try to cover medical bills. Good luck on getting your money too.

Im surprised BRPD has not charged ALL parties with Louisiana RS 14:103.3. (Disturbing the peace, engaging in a fistic encounter) They already have both parties on arrestable offenses NOW. State would need no victims. It's a lesser charge than simple battery or aggravated battery.
Both sides have already admitted to the brawl. Both parties are already subject to arrest. It will certainly be added to the simple battery and agg. battery charges to come.

No third party witnesses yet?
Depends on what third-party witnesses mean. Fisher stated he offered additional witnesses and would not Shady's employees be considered third-party witnesses?

no. The bar has civil liability issues in the case.

yes, when they have no idea what they are talking about...yes.
A fresh injury with have soft tissue damage around the bone and inflammation consistent with an acute trauma that occurred relatively soon.
ETA: Not to mention other signs of a RECENT ACUTE trauma. Existing prolonged CHRONIC injuries have a much different pattern.
That information can be read fro ma combination of radilogical and MRI images.
You have become absurd. You are no saying that everyone from the alleged victims to the police are using false information...to railroad these 4 players.
Man, come on.

Maybe the guy didn't lie about his vertebrae. Maybe they weren't bad and he didn't know, or thought it was a pulled muscle or something. I'm not saying that they didn't cause the vertebrae; nobody knows for sure, but nobody knows that they did either. It's circumstantial.
All reports have a football player kicking someone in the head; that doesn't sound conducive with cracked vertebrae unless they're high up in his spine. If the vertebrae are mid to low, that would indicate that they didn't kick his head, but stomped his back imo. It's actually pretty damn hard to crack vertebrae so who knows?
