When you gauge a QB on INTs that is terrible. In that case Favre is the worst in NFL history. Broaden the scope.

How is this the QB's fault, solely
why is it that despite a ton of int, mccoy and favre haven't thrown nearly as many int returned for td as lee? perhaps lee just wasn't nearly as good at the time? i'm sure not hearing alot of comparisons between lee and mccoy/favre. in fact, comparisons between lee and jefferson are pretty absurd at this point.
