Bama has to play Missouri and then Tenn before the State game.
Also since LSU will be off 2 weeks before the Bama game, news media will start articles about the now " Game of the Century". This might interrupt Bama's thinking about State and tend to slack off preparation for State.
Sure the Troy game did not impress anyone, but Merlins played 2nd and 3rd string players to give them game experience and save his starters. Well they got experience and a scare, but still won.
I don't think it will be an Arky runaway. Arky players gave up. This State team is different. I really believe they will hang with Bama for 3 qtrs, and then Bama could pull ahead.
But if the ball bounces crazy for State, look out Bama. It might not look good for Bama to only win by a few or get upset by State. Stranger things have happened before.

'Bama will beat Mississippi State like the rented mule they ride to work every morning.
I hate 'Bama. But I'm not seeing much weakness in their game. I'm just hoping M. State beats them up just a little bit.
We play A&M the week before 'Bama. A dangerous game for us if we are looking past them to 'Bama.
A&M has two easy games prior to playing us, Ole Miss and Louisiana Tech. Then they host our Tigers at College Station. We have GOT to focus on that game before 'Bama or we'll be the team rolling in with a previous week loss.

They play the same schedule we do basically.
Wash - Mich
NT - WKU
Idaho - Florida Atlantic
Towson - W. Carolina
Then they have the SEC schedule. Damn near identical.
Who cares though, they play in the SEC. They still have to play us in BR which is a harder game than anyone else in the country will have because our guys are going to be more jacked for that game than any other and we are coming off a bye week.

Miss st will not beat Bama. But they will give Bama a physical game. That's to our advantage.

I think they win, but they struggle, because they are looking ahead to us. They know what they got coming to em on Nov. 3, even though you so called tiger fan don't. This game will be one that no one will forget. Les, gets his revenge. And it will be soooo sweet.
