If you are staying off the Academy Drive Exit that is actually a very nice area of Bessemer. There are plenty of restaurants and motels located there. You may find a better deal than Motel 6 here.
Its the Motel 6 $49 a night part that may get you though.

leaving at 3 in the AM!!! CAN'T WAIT!!! I would rather us have another OT win like in 2005...that was prolly my most memorable game in Tuscalooser! Not to mention how bad arse the flyover was! But, coming back after half from a 10-0 deficit...
