When figuring out how much you pay per ticket I see zero logic in separating the two fees out. Granted when I can't go I usually just give my tickets away but the point remains. That's like paying the bill for the whole group and when they go to repay you their portion them not wanting to include the tip in the overall cost.
It's the price you pay for having better seats. LSU doesn't like to call it this, but it's basically a personal seat license. Which, whether you like it or not, is not reimbursable.
I can't believe we're even having this discussion. In your case, we're quibbling over a little more than a buck and a quarter per game, and you give the ones you aren't using away anyway.

mine say 5.53 as well...just wondering...for the weaker scheduled games....does LSU sell them at the window for 10 or for face value of the ticket?

because as a season ticket holder you pay mandatory fees to obtain the tickets and you also put up a large sum up front that a single game purchaser doesn't.
When I sell any of my tickets which have the price of $7.37 printed on them. Because I pay TAF charges, and they don't I'll charge them $6.63 for each ticket as a one game leasing fee on my seats. So I'm charging $15 per ticket. If they don't want to pay that then they can just decline. Its all the same to me.

They did this for basketball tickets too.
