Blue blood status is 18 and above appearances.

Texas has been the most consistent. Miami is still decent

ASU and USC were powerhouses but haven't been since 98. ASU did make the final 4 CWS in 09 but that's it.

FSU was always top 10 but never could make it count
Cal state was really only good when they had Augie
