I don't think you'll get a much better opportunity to have all your questions answered than catching the game with NoHoTiger and his buddies at the Tavern...

Plus - if you hang IRL, you'll gain some much needed cred for your ticket search.

Boston Boys Falling Hard for LSU
I'm from Boston Massachusetts where true passion for college football doesn't exist. I see the rest of the country's excitement and I want to fall in love with the sport. I've heard from several sources that LSU has the best tailgating and tradition in the country. I need to see and taste this first hand. I've already bought plane tickets and a hotel for me and a college buddy to see this year's Florida game. Now I just need to find 2 tickets. I tried going on the season tickets waiting list to get them but came up empty handed. I've never been this excited for a sporting event. Can someone help two northerners looking to fall in love with LSU? We always have Redsox tickets to exchange.

On a side note, we love Big Baby in Boston!!!!

Last home Fla Game, we ended up hosting a group of guys from williams college that had never been to an SEC game before and they seemed to have a good time found 8 tix together so just keep looking and go find a tailgate you will have a ball.

Get to campus EARLY...I would say no later than 10 AM...Wander the campus in search of friendly tailgaters (won't be hard to find!), see Mike's habitat, watch the team and the band come down the hill, and be in your seats for pregame.

We just returned from vacation in Boston at the end of August...saw a Red Sox game (they lost to the Yankees ). We wore our LSU gear everywhere and gots lots of positive comments. We love your city!

You will probably get better offers, but if on game day, you would like a cool place to get refreshed, use the bathroom, etc., we would be glad to have you come into the PMAC (Pete Maravich Assembly Center) with us.

Welcome and have a great time in LA!

Just be sure to wear orange and blue and gator gear.

Also there are a lot of Gator fans staying in Nawlens and taking the Gator Club buses on Sat to and from. It's about $50 apiece plus you'll have a designated driver . There are 5 or 6 buses so far. Just an idea.
