Let's be honest here.

Everybody knows it's easier for a Pac 10 team to be in a BCS compared to a SEC team. It's not even close.

It is... because the PAC-whatever is so weak.

We won the rosebowl with far less returning in '09. We have ASU and USC at home. Stanford loses more than us.

Yes. I believe that that their are 5 at Stanford or Oregon's level and 2 of those five that are probably better.

Key word being CHANCES... The season hasn't even started. A lot of things can happen between now and then

Very long season, Injurys would play a bigger factor on oregon than LSU

I know. However, you have alambama so enjoy second in the SEC West. We'll be in a BCS bowl

This is the difference between Oregon and LSU. You want a BCS bowl, we want the NC. Go to your BCS bowl and have fun.

We want a NC just as bad. It takes a lot luck to get there though.

Kenjon Barner is a hell of a runningback.

And then when you get that luck you end up playing a team from the SEC... I tell you, life just ain't fair.

Well, the SEC appears to have more luck than any other conference can handle. Sorry.....

exactly, oregon will depend on James so much this year that if the injury bug bites it could be the year, Remember Dennis Dixon??

Oregon is much deeper than '07. However, an injury to Darron Thomas would probably be more detrimental than one to LMJ. Barner can carry the torch. I also believe that Lache will have the proverbial lightbulb go on and Tra Carson will finally be the thunder to all our lightning.
