Go back up and read the very end of your big post
I said that you lost the middle of your defense but you give it a pass. It's to say: you guys know it will reload, just like us.
Actually, I think we are better next year.

Auburn says hello. Great gameplan
They had 440 yards on 54 carries. The gameplan wasn't the problem. We just couldnt make a tackle. Every play except for the McCaleb run, we had a guy there to make the tackle. they went 6-12 on 3rd and had 86 yard passing. We pressed up to take away the pass, and keep as many guys inside the box as we could.
Sometimes you just can't stop an offense.

The gameplan was fricking terrible.
If one guy missed a tackle, it was off to the races. Check out the Alabama-Auburn game prior to the 2nd half meltdown. If one person for Bama missed a tackle in that game, there were 4 other red shirts around the ball.
Not only was our gameplan vs. Auburn horrendous, the players played with bad effort. It's like they assumed someone else was going to make the tackle. When they did show effort, they didn't know who the frick had the ball. Bad job all around.
And yes, we only lost by 7 with Auburn kneeling inside the 10 as time expired. Bottom line is they could've done whatever they wanted to against our defense.

Alabama sold out to stop the run and got beat by the pass. Terrible game plan. Saban continued to sell out to stop the run even when up by 3 TDs. Thats a terrible gameplan

McChowder, roll your eyes but Bolo and Clay got substantial time and most duck fans agree that they are an athletic upgrade over last year's starters.
I was rolling my eyes at your choice of highlighting top 10 in tackles.

I figured as long as TheBob was talkin about irrelevant bull shite, I would too

You CAN sell out to stop the run with a good secondary, which is something that both Bama and LSU have.
At least they stopped something. Auburn didn't even need to throw the ball to beat us.
Auburn had 324 yards total against Alabama. Yeah, terrible gameplan.
Vs. Alabama
Cam Newton:
Rushing: 22 carries 39 yards
Passing: 13 of 20 for 216 yards
Vs. LSU
Cam Newton:
Rushing: 28 carries 217 yards
Passing: 10 of 16 for 86 yards
I don't understand how you possibly think Chavis had a good gameplan, and Saban's was terrible. You could just be full of shite and trolling. I don't know.

It's only irrelevant if you're a dumbshit which I think you most definitely are.
I'm simply backing up the fact that I don't think we can stop Oregon with examples. One huge example is the Auburn game from last year. Or even the Ole Miss fiasco from last year.

You say we cant stop them with examples, then you give me an example,

it's alright little buddy, I know youre probably gettin yourself over worked

LSU stopped the pass. We had guys in position to make tackles. It wasnt the fricking scheme. Bama was a lot bigger on defense than LSU was, and was better suited to stop the run. Auburn beat them thru the air. 13 teams tried 14 times and couldn't stop Auburn's offense. Its a perfect example of an offense that adapted well and had a great QB, much lke UF and Tebow.
Oh yea, Bama also didn't give up as many yards because Bama's offense didn't have a shite ton of 3&outs

Hey now... I think TheBob is easily in the top 3 who possess the best general football knowledge that I have seen anywhere here on TD when it comes to X's and O's.
Speaking of which: TheBob, so did you used to play ball for LSU or something? I was always wondering this...

Don't take compliments from him. He's a terrible homer and an awful poster. You're better than this!
