Look starting at about the 4 min mark, and then they replay it from behind the QB.

TJ drops into a zone, letting the TE get a free release, Cutrera blitzes. Shep kinda looks like he should be playing the area Cutrera vacated, and Riley should have the left flat. Riley jumps the other TE though, and there's nobody left out in the flat.
Either that or like I said a combo coverage where the other 2 LBs had man (which I kinda think would be dumb at that point with the way the crossing routes were gashing us). But I really think it was zone and a few guys overplayed to the inside.
