The eyes for good recruitment and development is more important imo.
Good recruitment is what he talked about in an article. He said he is the general manager and head coach. He looks for certain traits, not necessarily speed or stars on a recruit. Man I like this guy. All business.

The glaring difference about people who wanna say Indiana is better than LSU 2019, well let's see how many go into the draft. LSU had 22 that season go to the NFL.
