Its still a Group of 5 team compared to a D1 top 10 team. I would imagine most of our scout team would see play time at UCF.

It’s definitely a 3 pronged attack,
Talent, Scheme, Experience
With Talent at the forefront.
I just Don’t think we have this poor of talent.
Brossette isn’t great but he is t this bad.
Neither is CEH.

Well neither Brosette or Clyde are really feature backs. Brosette just lacks a burst to heypt the hole and gets tackled too often for a loss
That said I think he exceeded expectations this year, but our avg per rush was 12th out of 14 in the league.

I don't care if it's 3 star talent. If the player is developed properly he can compete. Also if I'm not mistaken Clemson had upperclassmen on their offensive line.

A lot of 3* guys weren't physically as mature as higher rated guys coming out of HS, but blossom when the age a bit.
Some 4&5 star guys never develop any more and max out as an 18?year old
I never take "talent rankings" based on high school to be gospel by the time a guy is 20 years old

Not sure what your little gotcha here is. I thought preseason that the offense was going to be better than it was.

Im talking about draft eligible players.
Bama has 5 in their front 7 with a draft grade.
Clemson has 4 right now.
Of course this is subject to change
And yes clemson has some young players that will be high draft picks but so does bama.

All those great bama wrs are true sophomores or younger.
Bama has more nfl talent at wr than Clemson.
Bama's rb is graded as the #1 rb in 2019 draft.
Mike mayock thinks all 5 of bama's oline will eventually get drafted.
Right now bama has 3 dlinemen with high draft grades.
No program in cfb is close to bama in talent.
