What's bizarre is thinking that Clemson beating bama reflects on coach O at all. It has nothing to do with LSU.

It shows that a program with similar talent levels is capable of beating Bama.

But it's certainly nothing to blame LSU coaches over. LSU is trending up. Their offense will improve by leaps and bounds this fall. LSU lacked depth in key areas this past season. It's being addressed in recruiting.

If you had a penny for every time you said and had a new excuses mentality, it sounds like you would be a millionaire.

We got destroyed 29-0 if I dont blame the LSU coaches over that who do I blame? What exactly was I suppose to see this season that leads me to believe "our offense will improve by leaps and bounds". I've heard that for the past 10 years or so.

They won a championship 2 years ago with a lot of these players. Lawrence Wilkins Ferrel and Bryant didnt just gradually get good. Lawrence was the best player on that DL as a true freshmen on a championship team in 2017.
They were very experienced last year too, and they got their asses kicked.
So yeah turning a championship DL helps, but it didn’t help Clemson last year when they didn’t have the offense to score in Alabama.

Nobody has ever said that you needed NFL talent to beat bama but just like every other argument you have to take everything to the extreme. It's the dumbest argument ever perpetuated on this board.
