How you learned anything since taking your first job?

So glad you decided to step up and post this. The other thousand threads already posted on this didn't cover it enough. Of course, if I were a troll, I'd keep posting these threads as long as Chicken allowed it.

This is the only correct sentence you wrote!

LSU averaged 10.9 yards per play against Southern Miss, which is highest since at least 1960.
Against Southern Miss, LSU had more points (45) than plays (42) for only the third time since LSU began keeping records of such things in 1949.
After averaging just 21 points in its first four games,
LSU more than doubled that by averaging 43.5 points per contest in home victories over Missouri (42-7) and Southern Mississippi (45-10).
Guice leads the nation in average yards per carry at 9.10.
This exceptional average has enabled him to reach the 1,000-yard mark in fewer carries than any player in LSU history.
wide receiver D.J. Chark became the first (and only) player in school history to score touchdowns of 75 yards or more both rushing and receiving.
ESPN’s latest Power Index, the Tigers come in at No. 8.
The Football Power Index (FPI) is a measure of team strength and is meant to be the best predictor of a team's performance going forward for the rest of the season.
Projected results are based on 10,000 simulations of the rest of the season using FPI, results to date, and the remaining schedule.
mixed in with a heavy dose of Derrius Guice and Darrel Williams to produce a whopping 634 yards. That’s the most total offense the Fighting Tigers have ever put up against an SEC opponent, and the 418 rushing yards were their most in an SEC game since Oct. 30, 1976, when they racked up 426 against Ole Miss.
LSU had two 100-yard rushers (Derrius Guice and Darrel Williams) and a 200-yard passer (Danny Etling) in the same game for the second time since 2013, and a total of nine players had receptions on the night, including two fullbacks and two tight ends.
LSU did all this without completely revamping its offense and abandoning its identity as a smash-mouth, run-oriented football team, but by just making some tweaks to formations and introducing a few new plays.
Guice ran for a career-best 163 yards and three TDs on 17 carries for an average of 9.6 yards per carry.
Imagine what would happen if Orgeron were any good!

That said...
I think that I am in the majority when I say that if the man earns the job then give it to him period. He still has a long way to go to do so.
All that he has to do is what Les could not. Let his Coordinators do their jobs and if they fail, then get new ones. On top of that, motivate and delegate. Les failed to get a good OC... in fact, he refused and got canned for it.
Also, he has changed. I'll bet that ole Coach Pete has been giving him advice on his presser persona of late and I, for one, can see a huge difference in his demeanor. I love his fire and mentality but it is proper for him to limit that as a HC. He also has great pressers with great info. I had stopped watching Les' due to the same old dribble.

Would your opinions change if CEO goes undefeated? If he makes the playoffs? If he wins it all? Point is, let's see how the season plays out before we say "yes" or "no" to Coach O.

I've seen this also, I've also seen him much less emotional on the sideline. He still exudes confidence and I like it. I still wouldn't mind seeing him chest bump after big plays and TDs though. Like Pete C would do, nothing wrong with a little emotion after big plays.
