Yeah they’re going to give him a raise. They won’t let him have <3 years less on his contract.

He has a contract.. Pretty sure it was 5 years. Exactly why give a raise?? Where is he going?

Is it wrong to let a contract play itself out? I mean, if it was some high in demand guy I could understand. It's not.
