With Andy we had a voice in the dugout that players looked up to and respected. Great past history, professional experience and knowledge gained from being at the scouting level for so long that he could truly speak from experience and reason. Now our players struggle, and come to the bench and have to rely on Micah. Not that he is a bad person, just no comparison to the knowledge and experience of Andy. To me that is a huge difference this year.

I can't argue with you on this.
Nobody wants a coach that is arrogant and stubborn. We want them humble and wish-washy. How does an arrogant coach help the team better than one that is full of self doubt, one who constantly second guesses himself and one who is always doubting his ability to run a team?
Self confidence and sticking with a plan is way over rated. One should abandon the plan at the first sign of trouble.

So the awesome part is that baseball guy can always deflect and say "uh yeah you dont know baseball". However, with the guys we had coming back and the pitching we had coming back there's no excuse. I mean hell coastal Carolina can get to Omaha. CPM is just a whiny puss to me. Ive been a baseball fan all my life and I just dont see where CPM is making a difference. I do feel like stuff that seems elementary doesnt happen with him in the dugout. last year wasn't so bad with Cans
