There is precedent for the sherman act being used to change college football.
In the 80's Oklahomoa and UGA sued the NCAA for restricting the way and number of games that could be broadcasted.

I'm sure its their top priority. After all - its Congress's job to only worry about whatever happens to be the #1 issue at the time. Under no circumstances should they ever address a #2 issue or anything less important.
