I don't think that the number 1 team in the country will be viewing the Bayou Classic. Football is there job. So why would they travel to New Orleans to watch more of it. And just a terrible game too.
Apparently you've never been in the French Quarter that weekend. It is a par-tay.
My wife stayed in New Orleans after the Arkansas game a few years ago. We were a little outnumbered, but that partying was solid.
... too much partying for our players!

even with a loss we still have one more week left. Im sure business will be conducted as usual. they will be allowed to go out friday and saturday. I dont live in br so do you tigerland goers see a lot of players out? Or have they toned it down since shady incident?
I just have faith that most of these kids got the message with the susoensions. I doubt none of these guys want to be sitting at home while the rest are in ATL.

I've never been but I have been in NO during the classic and it is more about partying than football.

Please look up the word "there" in the dictionary. Thank you. Signed, YOUR ENGLISH TEACHER.

We unwittingly booked the Marriot in New Orleans last year for a thanksgiving break with some family and friends. At the time we couldn't believe we lucked out on such a price on the rooms. All was revealed on our arrival. We had 2 families with 5 kids under 6 years of age, all who got to witness the modern day splendor of crowd surges, distant gun shots and reverse racism. Never again.
(BTW most of the folks that were there to support the schools or for the football were wonderful, it was the thuggish extreme that tagged along that were a problem)
