Do you think this makes it difficult to see you don’t think the defense is as bad as many are saying? You clearly don’t.
I don't thin they're as bad as some of yall are. I even said as much. Congrats on at least picking that up.

Seriously dude. Time for a break.
You should probably go reread this thread. You're the one needlessly carrying this on.

What did you say about not reading again?
His point is the defense has played poorly and it’s on them and has nothing to do with the offense, and he uses plays run against compared to last season to make that point.
This is flawed logic considering the offense is holding the ball for less than 28 minutes per game so far, and that’s unlikely to change given how the offense operates.

El
Oh

I’m talking about a different thread that the dude created to take all blame off of the new offense. This is ignorant since the new offense puts a ton of pressure on the defense.

You've twice now claimed people have said things they haven't. Don't know what else to tell you.

There are about 3 other people that also need a break.
Hint: that includes you

Probably so. At least I don’t argue with people who are making the same points that I am.

You lost dude. Go argue with someone else now.

The dude created a thread the make the point that the offense isn’t negatively impacting the defense.

Just keep telling everyone the offense isn’t impacting the defense while they’re keeping them on the field for 32 minutes a game.

We switched Miami for @Texas and are only giving up 5 more PPG than we were at this point last season. The defense seems to be doing better than most think.
They do have some thins to shore up of course, but like I said in the first reply to this thread, some people are very much showing their asses with the over the top complaining,

So we have the same opinion, you were just arguing with me because I told this dude the GSU game skewed the numbers, which it does.
GSU was also the only game that LSU held the ball more than the opponent. Against the other 3 they’ve averaged about 27 minutes of TOP. I think this is going to continue, just like I think the average plays run against is going to be around 75. The defense has to figure out the bend, don’t break philosophy in my opinion. Give up a million yards, just keep them out of the end zone.
The offense is putting pressure on the defense, not to shut the opponent out, but just by keeping them on the field for a ton of minutes.

Link to me saying it is only the missed tackles. They are however the most pressing issue, and the main cause for our "piss poor" results.
Literally at near top of page 4 you said the issue is missed tackles. I cant make that shite up.

All I said was that UT skews it equally in the other direction, which it also does. My fricking word dude. Read what is being typed to you.
My point is relevant with the way some other people were posting in this thread. If we actually agree, you will just say yes and have no other response.

Did I literally say it was the only issue, or are you adding things?

I agreed when you said it. Both times. You just kept going back to it because I didn’t argue with you over it.

Now we’re to what you really want. We’ll just leave it there.

You said we agree. IF you can't agree with that, obviously we didn't. Not surprised.

I did. Twice. Read through the thread.
I can’t help you past that

You said it was the issue. You then went on the break down my comment into 4 different responses with you stating missed tackles everytime. As I said I cannot make this shite up.

Maybe something along the lines to support your argument as you just agreed with me. Any way you want to slice it we have played piss poor defense.
Like I said, the missed tackles are the issue.
quote:
Sam Ehlinger threw fro 401 yard against us. A big 12 team tore up our defense for crying out loud.
Missed tackles.
quote:
Vandy's leading rusher gashed us for 6.5 yards per carry.
Missed tackles.
quote:
We have not played well on defense. Just admit that.
Missed tackles.
quote:
f you cannot, then you are more naive then you let on or bigger pumper than I am
I have never said they played well.
Missed tackles 4 times. I cannot make that shite up.
