Yeah, why would we want to trust a man who has won 38 games, a NC, an SEC championship and 2 west championships? Why would we give him ANY benefit of the doubt in assessing the situation?
look, i like coach miles.
i've met him, he's a nice guy.
and he coached LSU to the championship last year.
but he almost coached us out of it too.
think about that.

more talented players?
of course not, that's SILLY.
That's all I needed to read from you to understand that you don't understand. To cross-compare teams based on other games and say Team A is better than Team B because of who beat who a given day is ludicrous. Based on that type of analysis you'll come out with a one win team that should be ranked in the top 5. You're way off base with most of the ways you are breaking things down.

If you break down nearly every season and take the team that won the NC from that season you'll find several points in that season where things could have gone either way. You can't really believe that only Les Miles had a few breaks that allowed us to win a NC. The team that wins the NC practically every year has some major good fortune along the way.

Some could make similar arguments about PhatPhil. The point is that the same problems keep creeping up and it doesn't seem like they are getting fixed. It frustrates a lot of Tiger fans. It doesn't take away from the accomplishments of Les Miles. LSU was considered the #1 team in the country, yet we still lost some games we shouldn't have lost. And, other teams hung in there with us (i.e. Bama) that had no business hanging in there.
It's ok to voice dissatisfaction with coaching, even in a NC team. Plus, it is not right for any team to hang 51 on LSU. We have not been that kind of team in a long time.

Nope. Not even remotely close to how you are doing it.

Im not sure Les is bring arrogant, but he is definitely being stubborn.
Dinardo was pretty stubborn in his support for Lou Tepper and we all know where that got us and Dinardo. Hopefully, Miles will make the tough decisions (if necessary) and make a change at defensive coordinator. I think it's too early to demote these two guys, but they are on thin ice. I hope Miles has the balls to do the right thing if needed.

how is 96 by 3 teams worse than 103 by two teams... just wondering why you came up with 96.

This is severely transitive and is completely inadequate in trying to make comparisons. Based on your logic, UGA had a sound argument for playing in the MNC game last year.

We still have mccray on the field, we can't get plays in, we can't get pressure on the qb, we don't force turnovers.
Maybe this explains your name beartbreak Tiger? Don't burn on the players. Mccray hasn't seen the field a lot lately but when he was in against the Dawgs Sat., I saw him make a couple of nice stops and he was alone on those tackles, no gang there to help him; like Tiger Defenses are suppose to be? Remember how many heads used to be around the ball? I watched the game again last night and I could name a veteran LB who, if he would have dove and helped on Moreno, that long run would have NEVER happened. Did you see that? Gang tackling, swarming the ball, where is it?
It is the system that fails us, the complicated system created by your unknow how to coack CO-CO D. C. IMHO...
