One of my customers just worked on police chief Jeff Leduffs house and the chief told him that curfew would either be lifted today or tomorrow.

there were a lot of cars out at around 10:30 last night, I really don't think they are going to arrest people who aren't causing trouble

No one gave BR the coverage, but the city got slammed. It's getting better, but it's definitely not fixed.

WAFB reporting tonight is the last night for EBR Parish. Kip said it would be lifted when we got to 65% initially, but held out waiting to see if we were going to get an Ike shoved up our arse. So, let the good times roll all night long. (damn, sounds like a couple of tunes in there)

after katrina Jefferson parish made an exception for the tennesse game if you had your LSU ticket for the game with you. Then if you were pulled over you could be ok. If not, you were going to get arrested. There was a dusk to dawn curfew at that time.

The announcement that the game will be in Tiger Stadium implies that the curfew is off.
