i kinda like the smack talk between our fans and yalls when this occurs it makes the game that much more exciting and the anticipation greater. looking forward to playing the apps and AE.

Look guys, I think that I am fairly reasonable when it comes to being objective and respecting other teams. If you read my posts you will find that I am one of the more sensible posters on here. But there are a couple of things about Appy that I feel strongly about.
You do not have a chance to beat LSU for reasons that are too long to list.
You beat a top 10 team in their house. Hope it felt good because it will not happen again in your lifetimes.
In the national scene, Armanti Edwards is an afterthought.
The difference between D-II, D-AA and, FCS is irrelevent in MY corner of the world.
As far as I see, these are facts and if you don't like what I have to say I could care less. Sorry
These will be the longest 39 days in history.
BTW; This is the most overhyped rent-a-win in history.

i agree with you spoon app state doesn't stand a chance imho but i sure do enjoy the smack talk you don't see us gettin this excited playing against troy even though they prolly have a better shot at beating lsu than app.

And i know you DON"T give a shite about us. You probibly want us to give LSU a good first half and GO HOME.

I have been to more than my share of FCS games having lived in Thibodaux (Nichols St.) and also 20 min. from Hammond (Southeastern LA). I think App fans have a distorted view of what they are capable of because of UM got owned by a well executed spread offense and made a fool of themselves.

i agree with everything but "distorted" view.
I did not go to APP State , I married a beatiful APP girl. I have been watching for 10 years. I was at Auburn, Wake Forest,LSU, North Carolina State, and Michigan and I've seen a consistent growth. APP is competitive. Odds are that last year was a "perfect storm".
We will see Aug 30 and I am not dumb enough to predict APP win but don't expect APP fans or players to walk in and expect a lose. APP does NOT have losers mentality.

i didnt mean to knock app state in what i said. I was just making a statement that the smack is making a game that would normally not be a big deal into and exciting and very anticipated game for us tigers.

How in the heck did you guys end up with a home schedule that starts out App. St., Troy St., N. Texas St. and Miss. St? Is ol' Les trying to pad the W's or what? Should make for some low stress Saturdays in September.
