Defense won the Georgia game. Turnovers and short field offense.

It is impossible to find any real positives about our offense. We had one lucky pass play against Auburn that changes the entire tenor of this season. Other than that, the offensive performance has been as bad or worse as it ever was under Miles.

It is simply not fun to watch LSU play when they have the football, and then once the defense gets worn out, it is hard to watch at all.

And you'll keep doing it unless we find a new OC. Apparently the others in our fanbase think we just give up trying to beat y'all or we if we can just get better players we win. Nevermind the fact we've had top recruiting classes over the past several years.

It's amusing when people say oh it's the players but we consistently send talent to the NFL every year!

People will tout the #NFLSU but when its time to play y'all the story changes to we just need better players. We'll have (insert names) at QB and RB next year. Then we'll be ready. It's every frickin year you have to hear this shite as an LSU fan.

For some reason we keep hiring coaches that have no interest in truly updating the offense.

Canada improved the offense to 44th!

My personal belief is that CEO feels threatened by any offensive guy that will make LSU thrive because then we'll be screaming to promote the OC to HC and fire O. O knows that we all know that he is not the long term solution down here. He's doing everything he can to win with what he can control and use things like depth, strength of schedule, recruiting, etc as reasons to keep him around

I don't disagree with you but it's kinda funny if that's the case. I was never one for the O hire, but he has done a lot of good things since he became coach. He has just failed miserably at updating the offense.

If he could just hire someone and get out of their way he could be LSU's savior. I don't care how great the OC is Orgeron wont be replaced for getting us in the playoffs. Nor should he be. Call him not a good HC, call him dumb, say whatever you like about the guy, but he's just one puzzle piece away from getting us into the playoffs. That's pretty damn good for the short time he's been here.

Our offense is terrible this year yet we're still in the top 10. If he would just make the right coaching staff change on offense we could be in the playoffs. It will be interesting to see if he can pull the trigger on Ensminger or not.
