I completely agree. Just a week ago I was posting we don’t need to fire Coach O because of the recruiting hit.
This Gilbert news is so damning that it’s just a Red Alert. DEFCON 1. Smoke alarms going off get out of the house. Something absolutely awful has taken place. I don’t really give a shite what it was. It’s time to stop the bleeding

I’m not saying I agree or disagree. But firing a coach 10 months after the greatest season in college football history is not gonna be a good look. How do you spin that without bringing up some crazy talking points?

Agreed. Fire him NOW, while the pickings are still ripe for HC’s, before we lose every dam commit we have right now. If Gilbert leaves, I can’t even imagine who all else is planning to leave or opt out next year.
This year has been down right embarrassing. But now it’s turning into a really really bad problem that could last a long time of action isn’t taken NOW!!!

There’s nothing crazy about firing someone for having nude photos of them banging some chick on the internet.

Because I’m sure any decent coach in the country would be begging to coach here after firing a coach 1 year after winning a title! I’m sure everyone would would want to come take this risk!

I saw something about Gilbert and wanted to see what happened? Any info would be appreciated.
As far as Coach O. I do not know all the inside stuff you guys probably do, but I think you have to give him another year unless the wheels come completely off and everything, not just the 2020 season, falls apart. We are in that situation with Gus right now.

Coley recruited Gilbert while at Georgia. He is now at A&M and Jimbo uses TE a lot.
