No, but I'd like to see a picture of it if you have one because I've never seen LSU in gold jerseys and purple pants before. Not saying they haven't worn that combo; I've just personally never seen it.

The only time I have seen this before was in the early 90's. The game was against either Florida, State, or Bama if my memory serves me right. I can't remember for sure what year, but if I had to guess I would say 91.

I heard they were wearing pink Save the Tatas jerseys and we are going to donate a portion of the gate to breast cancer research.

In all seriousness, it's not gonna happen.

There is a new provision in the rules this year that both teams can wear contrasting color jerseys. USC and UCLA did it last year, and I believe that Alabama and Tennessee will do it this year. However, both coaches have to agree to it beforehand.

There is no way that Urban Meyer would keep this a secret along with Miles/LSU. He would assume that it would be a motivational ploy, and by surprising the home fans with gold jerseys would fire us up something extra. He would not agree to take that chance.

Therefore, if this were the case, we would already know.

Therefore, we are wearing white.

the rumor

God himself will reach down from the skies, touch Baby Jesus and heal his concussion. Baby Jesus will then go through the stands circumcising every boy in Tiger Stadium. When finished he will try and circumcise Mike the Tiger and so ends the Tebow saga

I don't think whether or not we wore gold jerseys was ever the argument. It's gold jerseys with purple pants.

The home team and road team only have to agree beforehand if both teams are not wearing white. But the home team can wear whatever they want. I'd kinda be surprised if they didn't wear gold jerseys. I hope they look better with the uni combo than it does on the racks in stores
