I agree TigerDavid35, and here's why:
1. LSU won 10 games playing one of the toughest schedules in the country.
2. Coach O has us in the running for a top 5 recruiting class this year, and the 2020 class so far is in the top 5 on 247Sports.
3. We are keeping more players for their final year rather than having them turn pro. That indicates they like playing for Coach O and the culture he has created.
4. With the exception of Matt Canada, it seems the assistant coaches like working for Coach O and he is building continuity in his staff.
5. We don't have to worry about Coach O going to another college program or the NFL because he has his dream job. Fans, players, and future recruits see this and they respect him for it.
6. He has shown to be a very capable at game management and the clock. None of that stupid crap we saw under Coach Miles. Win or lose, he had LSU ready to play every game this year. There was no Troy State type of game this past season, and that shows me he is growing as a coach.
For me, the bottom line is he is doing the things necessary to build our program back to the elite level.

Ree, you might want to wait until O actually accomplishes something on the field beyond a 3 loss season before you continue to thump your own chest there buddy.

I'm not going to waste my time but if anyone went back to your posts during the summer they would quickly realize you are full of shite.
Next time you will be saying you always supported Coach Eaux and argued with people who didn't share your thoughts about him.

I predicted 8-4 this year. It’s there. I’ve alwqys said I’m skeptical that O could get us back to the top. I’m admitting I may be wrong. Is that ok with you?

Ive give you a couple of posts proving I thought we could have a measure of success under O (and still think that) but that I was skeptical he could lead us back to the top or could be a long-term answer.
