Maybe he feels he has something to prove. He felt slighted by being second team sec. What better way to prove them wrong by destroying the sec his senior year and setting LSU records on the way to an SEC championship.

Its all up to him and what he wants to do. Everyone needs to support his decision no matter what it is.
