Heard this same line after last years embarrassment. Look I'm not calling for his dismissal, but he isn't living up to the hype ( just like Mett). I can't understand how people can witness Mile's limitations yet deny them at the same time.

Do you expect everyone to grab pitchforks and torches and march on the LSU football complex?

There's nothing to say to "defend" miles but if you don't see how shitty our OL played last especially the right side then you are a moron

Then who is the moron calling the plays where you're running 5-7 step drop PA passes with a slow QB with one WR to throw to while the RT couldn't block a granny in a rascal?

Or constantly pounding it up the middle when the defense is stacking 10? The announcers were calling that all night long.

You must not have watched the game. One WR routes? We had 3 on the field all night last night. We knew their secondary sucked and they clearly wanted to attack it. Mett was getting pressured on three step drops. The line couldn't block anyone last night. I don't get what's hard to understand about that.

I believe miles may be the first coach in LSU history to lose 2 bowl games in the same year.

Nah, Arnsparger did it in 1985.

I don't know, but we will be much better off if we can dump some of the fans we have.

There was no debacle, LSU just lost

You guys lost your LB against us at home. If not for that, good chance you win at the Swamp. Bama was just Bama . Most of your OL was young and replacements. Last night. Clemson made the big plays they needed to and you guys didn't make the one big play you needed to, that being converting on 3rd down to a wide open receiver. Your coach isn't the best thing out there, but the season you guys had wasn't as bad as you think it is.

Yeah, because money smells funny and has germs. Learn how the real world works, thanks.

Just waking up, what are the pumpers saying to defend Elmer Fud

You have to wait until tomorrow. Most of the usual suspects are probably lurking and biting their lip. Come tomorrow they will be throwing out the "retard", "entitled", "how many teams have you coached", "you're not a true fan go root for Bama", blah blah blah.

I've been riding the fenceline with Les Miles since 2006 (the Auburn game that year). I've officially established a position on one side for good. I'm tired of making excuses for myself and questioning if those comments really are true.

I'll always love LSU but I fricking hate Les Miles.

A poster said it best last night. The blessing in disguise about what happened is that Les Miles helped to end my addiction of LSU football.

I'm back in Gerry Dinardo mode where I'll continue to go to the games and get fired up come August but won't expect anything other than a few head scratchers and the usual 8/9/10 wins. Maybe we'll actually pull one out against the opponent in the bowl, but won't expect that either. It's much easier on the soul that way. It sucks, but maybe it's time to grow up past LSU football. And for that, I thank Les Miles (oxymoron).

Yet we kept running the same plays.

We are not running 3 WR routes out of our tight formation. With two RB in the backfield.

How will the sunshine pumpers spin Miles latest debacle

Simple , we have 2nd string players who played like a 2nd team defense in the back field . We had players who wanted to be cool so they are no longer with the team. Not the coaches fault , but we need players who want to commit to the team , coll is not the answer
