but it didn't, and isn't every game i big game, if you make that distinction, b/c every loss effects your chances of making a BCS title game?
And if we had won that Ark game, people wouldn't have touted that win being a "big" win. So it wasn't really a big game, it was only a big game in your eyes b/c we lost

It was a huge game, and he was the qb when LSU lost it. To try and spin it otherwise is hilarious though. It wasn't like any other game, it was finish out w/ an easy win, and you're in. LSU lost it

2 losses vs Top 10 competition... or 2 losses to teams what were ranked 17th and unranked at time...
Which looks worse?
2007: Neither Arky or Kentucky could beat LSU in 60 minutes. How long is a Football game? 60 minutes. The OT System is recently added on crap.

BSCCG in the dome is far from playing in the Swamp, to even draw that comparison is laughable
What's laughable is you think some conference game in Gainesville is worth mentioning in the same sentence as the National Championship.

Not when it's against a team in the swamp that's better than who you played in the national championship.

why are we comparing a game in the swamp, to a BCS title?
Posted on 4/29/09 at 6:52 pm to mlttiger
I clearly would LOSE every gme in the swamp if we could exchange it for a BCS title

BS. Florida was not ranked #1 & neither was their Defense.

It was a great win, but in no way comparable to playing in the National Championship.
Haven't seen any mention of JR's 3 INT's against Florida in 2006 yet...

Florida 2006 > Ohio State 2007
And we played Florida in the Swamp, not in the Dome in a virtual home game.

The issue was playing in road games. The Dome 60 miles from BR is not comparable, and the atmosphere isn't that much different. the Swamp is always huge game, and in a lot more hostile enviornment.
You really wanna do another statistical anaylsis of the two?

Or that Russell only had 5 more interceptions in every other game that season combined.

Hmm... which was more important??
Ohio State 2007> Florida 2006
And you are retarded if you disagree with this

So both the 2003 & 2007 National Championships were simply "Home games" for LSU?

Yes. That's a pretty well known fact.
