Likable because he has his players back and has an genuine interest in their development--not an interest that he can dog th to no end to solidify his reputation. That in no way means he doesn't discipline effectively and instill toughness. He just does it privately and like an adult---not
acting like a raging loon on the sidelines isnt a sign of being soft.

oh no Les doesnt lose his shite on the sidelines.

Just because he didnt throw his head set and shove Leonard Fournette doesnt mean he didnt have strong words for him after the Heisman pose. Did you see him ever do it again? frick no.

And to the other poster about bama, yeah their players have never made a mistake and LSU is the only team that loses to bama.
