We lose nothing on defense and get substantially better on offense. It's going to be a better year. No doubt about it! We won't have to rely on our defense to score and that will be a huge difference.

Your DVR was full so the BCSCG wouldn't fit?

On offense I think we can be significantly more dynamic, if not better.
Yes, we could IF IF IF IF Miles will let Studthorpe just run the offense with Mett passing and letting our running backs do just that.
I do not like and do not agree with his/their inclination to completely change the offense just to insert a running quarterback in for a change of pace. This usually just messes up the continuity of the "Offense-Passing Game"
Quarterbacks are for managing the game, reading defenses and distributing the ball to all of the playmakers. (Either by passing or handing off-pitching the ball to a running back)
L.S.U. has one of the best groups of running backs in the country, but will Miles just let them do their job and let the quarterback do his?
Maybe now with a QB that he finally has full confidence in, we'll see the offense that we've been wanting to see.

to insert a running quarterback
I hope Miles does not run the option with Mett. If he gets hurt there is no one to back him up. Both Rivers and Randall are one or two years away.
Like you said we have at least five very good SEC backs to run the ball.

We should be better at QB.
OLine will be the same or a tad better.
RB will be the same.
We may see a slight drop off at TE and WR.
Losing RR will hurt. He was our deep threat. Losing all those experienced TE will hurt too.
I seriously doubt our D-Line will be as deep as last year's. Losing Brockers and Adams will hurt.
We'll have a hole at LB after losing 3 experienced players. We may see a talent upgrade, but a definate loss in experience.
I don't see us being as good at DB. No way. Mo was too good and BTaylor was Mr. Reliable.
We'll be just as good on Special Teams.
Our schedule is much better this year - 8 home games!!!
We play everyone at home except: Auburn, Florida, Tex A&M and Arkansas.
I expect to win 10 games, but all 12 is highly unlikely.
